Sound Baths

Rest deeply. Listen softly. Return to peace.

Sound Baths are deeply relaxing experiences where you lie comfortably and receive the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal bowls and other sound healing instruments.

At The Dublin Wellbeing Centre, Caroline Flavin offers gentle Sound Baths for couples and small groups, creating a peaceful space where the body can relax, the mind can settle and the nervous system can soften.

A Gentle Group Experience For Deep Relaxation

A Sound Bath is a relaxing meditative experience where you lie on a yoga mat, with your head supported by a pillow and your body kept cosy with a blanket and lavender eye pillow. You are then immersed in soothing sounds designed to help your mind, body and soul relax.

Caroline has been sharing Sound Baths since 2016. Her Sound Baths are gentle, peaceful and intentional, using the sounds of clear quartz crystal bowls to create a sacred container for rest, reflection and energetic balance.

The intention is simple: to support peace within and without.

What to Expect

You will be invited to lie comfortably on a yoga mat with a pillow, blanket and lavender eye pillow. The session may begin with Aura-Soma Lady Nada quintessence and a short guided meditation.

Caroline then plays clear quartz crystal bowls and other sound healing instruments, creating a gentle and immersive soundscape.

There is nothing to do and nothing to achieve. You simply rest, listen and allow the sounds to support your body, mind and energy system.

Many people leave a Sound Bath feeling calmer, clearer, lighter and more deeply rested.

After the session you will receive a follow up email including recommendations/guidelines/further exercises to benefit you.

Benefits

“Caroline is the BEST sound healer professional there is in Ireland. I had an opportunity to be in her sound baths class with other women, we all were in amazement of the transformation, relief and healing we experienced there.

We all came back every week. I also had an individual sound healing session with Caroline and it was beautiful. Totally recommending this healer to you!”

Marta

"This is a full experience in which one goes into the vibrational space of what is needed in the body.

There is no mind, no obstructions, no stories - just receiving and allowing the deep vibrational energy to enter the body in the perfect way.

Be still, allow and receive."
